  • Will window tint change my view out?
    No. The standard residential tiers keep your view out clear — you'll still see the yard, the kids, the driveway. Daytime-privacy film changes what the street sees looking in, not what you see looking out.
  • Is it safe for my double-pane windows?
    Professional-grade architectural film is designed to be compatible with modern residential glass, including most insulated (double-pane) units. We'll ask about your specific windows during the in-home estimate and pick a film rated for them before we quote.
  • Will it void my window warranty?
    Most residential window manufacturers explicitly allow professionally installed window film, and many publish film-compatible product lists. Bring your window warranty paperwork to the estimate — we'll check the specifics with you before you commit to anything.
  • Can it be removed later?
    Yes. Professional architectural film is designed to be removed cleanly by an installer. It doesn't lock you in if your situation changes.
  • What about HOA approval?
    Most residential film is undetectable from the outside, so it rarely conflicts with an HOA's exterior-appearance rules. If your HOA wants documentation before they approve, we can provide the product spec sheets. We can't guarantee approval — that's between you and your board — but we can make the paperwork easy.
  • How long does it last?
